Cootamundra residents planning to travel over the Easter break will have to keep an extra watch on their speed with five days of double demerit points from Thursday, March 24 to Monday, March 28.
A spokesperson for the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) said speeding, seatbelt and helmet offences would attract double demerit points, while other demerit point offences would attract one additional point."
